10 minutes from the Rokossovsky Boulevard metro station. Exit the metro (the last carriage from the center) Exit 4. You should walk along the Otkrytoe Highway, cross the bridge – there is a pedestrian crossing next to the first tram stop – and cross to the opposite side of the street. Having passed the Ralf Ringer store and house number 18, you will see a black metal gate and a guard desk with an inscription 18a.
